• Ordering security: Your order is placed through Paypal using a secured connection. We do not get to see your financial data (credit card number/bank account). Your order is also insured through Paypal. We are a fully verified merchant in Paypal.
• Warranty: We offer lifetime warranty for our products for any manufacturing/material/installation issue. Please don't hesitate to contact us regarding any problem.
• Shipping: Once we receive your order, we ship within 1-3 business days if your items are in stock. Please check product availability on the respective pages before placing your order. Our shipments are insured and you can expect a full refund in a timely manner should your shipment gets lost. Typical delivery times are
  • 5-7 days for orders within the E.U.
  • 7-14 days for the order outside the E.U.
  Due to customs regulations outside EU, your shipment may be delayed at customs. Although, this is rare and we take precautions to avoid this, please check your local customs regulations before ordering.

  We apologize for any delays but these are the hassles of international shipping.

  Due to tax regulations, we do not take orders from within Greece.
• Returns: We accept returns on any item for any reason within 30 days for a refund excluding shipping costs. A full refund including shipping costs is issued in cases of shipping damages/lost shipments/defective products.
