Taxes, Shipping & Returns
- Taxes: Tax (23% VAT) is legally applied to all orders within the European Union. Orders outside the E.U. are not subject to tax but may be subject to import tax at your local customs. Orders outside the E.U. are also subject to a 10€ customs fee that we are forced to pay. This fee is included in the shipping costs.
Although prices throughout the site are displayed with and without tax, your order total at the checkout confirmation page will reflect the correct amount depending on your country. - Shipping costs: The shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process. If you wish to find out the shipping costs for your order, please start the checkout process. The shipping costs as well as the total will be displayed before you enter any financial information.
- Ordering security: Your order is placed through Paypal using a secured connection. We do not get to see your financial data (credit card number/bank account). We are a fully verified merchant in Paypal.
- Warranty: We offer lifetime warranty for our products for any manufacturing/ material/ installation issue. Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding any problem.
- Shipping: Once we receive your order, we ship within 1-3 business days. Our shipments are insured and you can expect a full refund in a timely manner should your shipment gets lost. Typical delivery times are
- 5-7 days for orders within the E.U.
- 7-14 days for the order outside the E.U.
- Returns: We accept returns on any item for any reason within 30 days for a refund excluding shipping costs. A full refund including shipping costs is issued in cases of shipping damage/lost shipment/defective product.
